Creda Terms of Service

Organizations are responsible for ensuring that client, loan, branch, and payment records entered into the platform are correct and up to date.

5. Communications

Any SMS or email messages sent through the platform must be lawful, appropriate, and aligned with the organization’s operational policies.

6. Service Updates

The platform may be improved, adjusted, or updated over time to maintain performance, security, and compliance.

7. Limitation of Use

Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access to records, accounts, or infrastructure.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The latest active version published in the system is the version that applies.
